Strong Semester Package

15-Session, 1-to-1 Coaching Program for Students

Hi there,

If you’re here, it likely means you’re a parent (or student) looking for meaningful, customized support with executive function challenges—and that you’ve been following our work or were referred by someone who trusts what we do.

You won’t find a big sales pitch here. Instead, I’ll briefly share:

● Why we’re offering this

● What’s included in the 15-session package

● What outcomes to expect

● How to move forward

Why We’re Offering This

Over the years, we’ve seen how executive function challenges—like procrastination, missing assignments, poor organization, and emotional dysregulation—can chip away at a student’s confidence and make school and life feel overwhelming.

We created this package because we believe every student deserves one-on-one support from someone who understands how the brain works, how habits are formed, and how to build momentum step by step.

We love this work. We love getting texts like “I turned it in!” or “I got an interview!”

But more importantly, we love seeing students become more independent, more confident, and more in control of their lives.

What You Can Expect

By the end of our work together, if your student engages in coaching through the weekly coaching sessions, and you engage, as parents, through the Family Team Meeting process, it is likely your student will:

✅ Feel more in control of their time and tasks

✅ Have concrete tools to manage procrastination and overwhelm

✅ Build confidence through small wins that add up

✅ Learn strategies they can apply in school—and in life

Every session is customized to your student’s needs, energy level, and goals.

Please note, EF coaching is not an overnight fix and requires an investment of everyone’s time. To this end, we will need to hold an Inquiry session with both you and your student to ensure it is a right fit.
